Oh dear. We’ve already recalculated the route due to festival and horse racing traffic and now the weather has heard we’re going camping and given us its usual greeting.
Husband has asked whether he can turn the car around – and he’s not joking. How can the sky be that beautiful azure yet it’s still peeing down?!

Stick with it, it can’t rain forever! Yesterday was fairly bad here in the peaks but today is sunny and warm. By the simple law of averages you are in for some dry camping 🙂
Want to bet? Two trips and both have been wet and it’s supposed to be summer! It’s not so much the camping as the drying everything out afterwards. Just not worth it in my opinion.
